Love Where You Sail
Protecting Our Waters From Pollution
WHAT IS THE ISSUE?
The ‘Love Where You Sail’ Campaign raises awareness of how our recreational boating community can help to keep our waters free from pollution.
With more and more of us taking to the water each year it is important that we all know how to deal with our waste in a responsible manner, from ensuring that we are using eco-friendly cleaning products, preventing and capturing antifoul paint, oil and fuel spills, to installing holding tanks and using pump out and onshore toilet facilities.
These are some of the ways in which you, your club, boating organisation or business can help to raise awareness of the good practice all boat users can adopt to keep our waters cleaner and healthier for us and the wildlife with which we share them.
